Gold Customers:
Family plans who pay $169.99/month for the family plan for the main line to get the full upgrades every year and the rest of the lines get the 22 month upgrades.
Individual plans 89.99 to upgrade every year.
In order to be a gold customer also you must have payed the bill at least 3 months straight on time and had no service interuptions.
OR
10+ years with Sprint automatic gold customer.
Silver is less monthly but hs less incentive.
