HTC EVO V 4G / EVO 3D (CDMA)
A couple questions on specs...
Screen: I can't find any info on whether HTC bumped the screen up to an 18-bit or maybe even 24-bit. Anyone know? Or, did they leave it at 16-bit...? (I really hope not. I've been bitching about this since the Hero).

Comes with an 8gb card, which can be increased up to 32gbs.

All of the numbers you're seeing may be correct, though. That's because some Android phones have four memories: RAM, ROM, internal SD card, and external SD card. I've looked at so many phones in the past few days that I honestly don't recall if this was one of them. I can check. But if so, then it has an 8 GB internal SD card, 4 GB of which is available to the user, plus a 1 GB ROM (internal storage memory.) Plus the removable SD card. A 16-bit display can only display 65,536 colors, which in practice means that many photos won't looks as smooth or realistic upon close inspection.
Imagine a photo of a blue sky that's deep blue at the top of the photo, fading to just a slightly lighter blue at the bottom. On a 16-bit display, it would have visible "steps" where it jumps from one shade of blue to the next, since it can't display very many shades of blue. That fading would be smooth on a 24-bit display.

I used to have the original Motorola Droid, but I had toooo many problems with it, touchscreen would act wacky when charging, eventually I couldn't even unlock the thing that's how bad the touchscreen was, so I broke up with Motorola like a bad girlfriend.
