Don't change your plan like the above user suggested. The upgrade changing has NOTHING to do with plans. In the past, for premier accounts, the 'primary' line would have an upgrade every year. Now, the only premier customers who get the primary annual upgrade are the ones considered "gold" customers (These are customers who are premier customers and have been with Sprint for 10+ years). For all other premier customers, the upgrade will be like every 20 months from your last upgrade (I am not sure if its exactly 20 months, but its around that time frame)

Changing your plan won't do anything, the only accounts that will be effected are the PRIMARY lines who CURRENTLY get an ANNUAL upgrade on a PREMIER ACCOUNT. Lets say you upgraded June of 2010 on a premier primary line and can upgrade by June 2011; with the new policy coming into effect April 2011; it would change your upgrade date 20 months (More or less) from June 2010, not allowing you to upgrade June of 2011.
