I'm looking to do this via direct USB cable download; so far I haven't found it for this phone. However, check out FutureDial, at: http://www.futuredial.com/matrix/M_Samsung.ht m. There may be other solutions that purport to doing this, but I'm frankly considering trading in my SCH-A620 for an LG VX6000 (and switching to Verizon), because it appears to be a supported feature on this carrier/phone (from my interviews of salespeople/ owners).
Also important to me is to sync Outlook contacts and calendar - which the software I mentioned can't do (the Calendar, at least).
