Got the HTC Arrive on launch day and very impressed. I'm not sure why everyone always nit-picks Windows Mobile phones. They seem to get bashed just because it has "Windows" written on it. Anyway, even with the 3.6" screen it is a good size screen and big enough for most usage. If you use the Internet Explorer a lot, I would agree the screen is a little small for that use. But if you download apps to read certain websites, like CNN, MSNBC, Tech News, etc...The apps format these websites perfectly and bring you all the news and information you would ever need in a day.

The keyboard with tilt-screen is also great and surpasses the Samsung Epic and previous keyboards on HTC devices. Buttons feel great. Syncing with my Zune software was painless and the phone synced everything, including all my Google and Windows Live contacts.

The animations for the live tiles and smoothness of flicking the screen is smooth as butter and slick looking. I can't say the same thing about Samsung Epic or HTC EVO, because at times their GUI stutters. I've always preferred the Zune software over Apple iTune's too, because of it's slick animations and nice GUI presentation. This all carries over to this phone. I'm not sure how anyone couldn't like this phone.
