But anyway, effective January 30, 2011 ALL PDA devices activated with Sprint will REQUIRE the $10 premium data add on this includes Palm Web OS, Instincts, WinMo, & Android Devices. The HTC Arrive will be Sprint's 1st WinMo device that will require an Everything Data or a Simply Everything plan until now WinMo devices have been immune to this requirement.
As far as no support, big deal WinMo 6.5 runs trouble free.

I was simply stating that one should do their homework and survey the impact on their carriers plan before purchasing. But you, my friend, are being an unnecessary malicious troll.
