Motorola MPx200
Motorola Smart Phones and other providers?
Any rumors on if other providers will be carrying the MPx200 or a variant? For example will Verizon offer this phone? I know the current phone is supposed to be GSM and that I believe Verizon is CDMA, however Motorola has created variant phones in the past for this type of situation.

Nop Motorala will not have this phone for verizon. SmartPhones are only for GSM.

Not to disagree, however SmartPhones are not just for GSM, Samsung is releasing the I600 on Verizon in the next few weeks, it's a CDMA based phone.
It may be true that Motorola has no plans to release there new smartphone as a CDMA phone, at least the research I've done so far would seem to support that.
Oh well, I was hoping they would, after all the Motorola is a much more appealing phone.
