Motorola MPx200

i've had my mpx200 for about 8 months now and i have a bunch of recordings of music on it. I was wanting to know if anybody knew how to convert recordings into ringers. If so pleeeeez reply to this because this is sooooo annoying.

Also my speaker phone dosnt work at all, is there a way you can go into the phone threw the file manager of something and make it work. right now the icon is black on the file manager.

somebody please help!
