LG VX-4600
4600 vs. 4500
I'm trying to decide between the vx-4600 and the 4500, since they're both about the same price with current rebates. The phones seem pretty similar, except that you get a speaker phone with the 4500. Does anyone have further insight as to why to get one over the over?

Well it really depends on what you like. The speaker on the 4500 is a great tool to have, but it is something that I can live without. However I am a proud owner of the sleek stylish 4600 and it's looks is what at first attracted me. However the features on both phones are very similar and since it is a LG product I'm sure the 4500 is a great phone. However the LGVX-4600 is smaller than the 4500. So keep looking and comparing the two 😛

The overwheliming reason for me was the OLED external display. If you haven't seen this yet, visit a nearby store and check out the VX6000 - wonderful display, especially in the dark or bright sunlight. Ultracool look for a small, lots of bells and whistles phone. No camera, but that's another reason WHY I got the 4600. No need for a cheap ultimately useless digicam.

4500 pros: Speaker, front LCD displays both, name AND phone number during an incoming call, and both, time AND date when not in use. (The 4600 shows you only one thing at a time. The other important information are replaced with 'cool' LED lights!)
