LG VX-4600

Ok. I have the same problem....

I have an LG 4600 cell phone. I've only had the phone for a few months and have had problems with it ever since I got it. The phone shuts down frequently. It doesn't seem to matter if the phone has a full charge or not. As a matter of fact, sometimes it shuts itself off while it's on the charger. To restart the phone, I have to take the battery out and put it back it. Simply hitting the power button will not power it back up. Within a week of getting the phone, this problem surfaced. My local Verizon dealer ordered a replacement LG 4600 for me, but the same problems have continued with this replacement. And I'm under a 2-year agreement with Verizon to keep this phone.

Today, I phoned LG CS and they said they have never heard of this problem. They offered to debug the phone but I have no hope as the firmwear is current...

Does anyone else have this problem?? or have any ideas on a potential fix??
