4600 and 6000 use same cable?

I've currently got a VX6000, but my wife is looking into getting the VX4600. I was assuming that, since both are very simliar outside of the 6000 having the camera, that they'd be able to use the same data cable. But looking on ebay, I notice only one cable that says it supports the "4600 and 6000", and I'm not sure if I trust it. All of the rest of the cable on ebay are one or the other. Does anybody have any enlightenment on this? It'd be nice if we only had one cable for both of our phones.

NO, they use different cables. The connectors are the same but the cable for the 6000 wont work on the 4600. Im not positive if the 4600 cable will work on the 6000 though. I had the 6000 cable prior to getting my current 4600, but got rid of the phone before i got the 4600 cable.

The problem is the 4600 doesnt support USB, the 6000 does.

Well, I took the chance anyway. I bought a 4600 cable on ebay and figured, "hey, if it doesn't work on my 6000, oh well." Fortunately, it does. I just have to set the BitPM software to VX6000 or VX4500 (yes, not VX4600), depending on what phone I'm connecting. Plus, I believe the 4600 does support USB.
