😢

Hi all!

This is a question already asked so many times, but believe it or not, I've still not seen yet a clear, simple answer:

How do I send ringers or pix to my phone?

I have the LG VX-4600, and following the info I got in many sites (attach a file to your email and send it to 10digit#@vzwpix.com) I got a message in my phone that it got a new file, and I should go to verizon's site to finish off the procedure. But nothing happens!

What do I do next?

Can somebody point me to a step-by-step instructions site for idiots? (not that I'm an idiot, but...)

Thanks in advanced for your replies!

Yeah, my wife was in the same boat. I thought the pic would show up on the phone, but apparently the 4600 isn't pix message capable. I think the only way to get the pix on your phone now is to get a data cable off of Ebay, download BitPM, and upload them directly from your computer. Then, pix are easy (software automatically resizes and converts) and ringtones just have to be edited a bit (crop to about 30-60 secs, save as 64kbit/22050hz MP3 file, then rename the file extension to .mid) and you're ready to transfer it.
