Hi,
Looks like there is no way to move apps to SD card and make em run from there
, but what you can do about system slowness/freezing is, you go to Menu > Settings > Applications > Running services ; Choose applications that you dont want to keep running, then touch Stop.
also you can try:
1 Open the Browser
2 Press Menu
3 Select More
4 Select Settings
5 Select Clear cache
6 Select Clear all cookie data
