Samsung Galaxy Prevail / Precedent

Boost Mobile contacted me. They walked my through the settings and guess what? I no longer have access to my voice mail!! Their techs are inexperienced. They are passing the buck to Samsung. I was told by Boost that I may have to mail in my phone and who knows how long it will take for them to fix it. Samsung is closed today so now I have a phone that not only turns off and on, I also cant access my email. Thank you Boost for your great service. this really sucks
