you need a small screwdriver and like a nail or something. they aren;t slide of face plates like motorolas or nokias. they weren't meant to be changed, so when you do change it, the warrenty is voided. but if you look at your phone there are four little rubber things on the inside of the flip. take those out, unscrew the little screws and put the new face plate on. good luck.
