And if those people sign a 2 year agreement knowing they won't get a NE2, they have NO RIGHT to complain when they don't get it.

Not to mention, if someone cancels over a $50 (or less) credit 4 months before their contract ends (the only time NE2 matter) then they have bigger problems than their contract.

Did you mean the annual upgrade? That's to be expected (and ATT didn't allow the annual upgrade pricing on iPhone's either. It was 2yr+ $200)
