Ringtone help

Can someone help me. I transferred 2 ringtones using iTunes, but only one shows up on the phone. Any suggestions? Any easier way to get ringtones on the phone?

Okay, I got the hang of the Ringtones. Does andone know id we can transfer sound files to use as notification rather than use the ones on the phone.
