Checked One Out at The Verizon Store Today
My 1st impressions are as great as I'd hoped.
The screen is the most vibrant I've ever seen, vivid colors and super sharp. Unfortunately, that's where my love for this device begins and ends. I couldn't help but notice the lag in response to swiping the screen with my thumb and index finger to make images bigger or smaller. One moment, a second, another moment, 3 seconds. Not acceptable for such a device. Perhaps they'll straighten this flaw out with an upgrade. but for now that puts this device on a do not buy list for me.
Meanwhile, the response to the same finger swipes on the HTC Incredible and the iPhone are instantaneous, like they're supposed to be.

Apparently, the one I originally played with in the Verizon store had something wrong with it because the one I played with today was flawless.
Best screen I've ever seen, period! No delays with sizing swipes on his phone like the one in the store. He has a slide in cover that has a built in kickstand. The docking station also kicks ass!
Most addicting phone I've ever played with.
I'm now actually considering getting one.
