I just got off the phone with AT&T. They told me that they were only taking pre-orders for the Inspire and that it would only be available in March.
I was also told that it would be $199 out of the gate with a 2 year contract.
I don't know what to think.

They have a glitch in the system. I called back and was assured that it was available today and that it is only $99 w/2 year commitment

I dont what to tell you except that I went and got mine from an AT&T store this morning to replace my BB Torch. There were 4 others in the store and all were upgrading to the inspire. I was able to walk out with my new Inspire in hand in about 30 mnutes. Just go to the store.

May I ask what happened with your Torch if anything. I had one when the price point was 199 and within a week it completely went out. Screen just blacked out!
