I have had my LG4500 for nine months now and I really like it a lot. It has many features that I have not seen on others. I like the front screen that displays the caller ID before you open it to answer the call. This helps me to avoid wrong number calls.
I have only had one problem with the battery life. Last Friday, the phone was dead. I tried my wife's battery in my phone and visa-versa. Same problem with my phone. I took it in to Verizon several times and it started working fine again, but they could not explain it. They had theories from poor reception areas to upgrading software. Then I noticed that they had removed the small gray rubber plug at the bottom of the phone. This is used to access the car charging feature. I kept it in to keep pocket lint from filling the port. So my theory is that there was possibly some moisture or debris in the charging port held there by the plug. All is well again.
