Need advice Urgently for 4500

Hi ,I am Living in Northen California ,Bay area, I am trying to switch to 4500 but worried whether it will work.My office is in Basement so I am extra worried.Anyone fron Bayarea please guide me.I really appriciate it.

just do the 15 day trial period with VZW if it works keep it if not return the phone.
