How to Hang Up When in Driving Mode?

Vik

I just got this phone today, and it looks like it may be very cool. But one thing the manual doesn't explain is, how do you hang up when you are in hands-free mode (also known as driving mode)?

Say I make a call and the phone rings but no one picks up and no answering machine picks up. How do I disconnect?

Pressing the buttons on the side doesn't seem to do it.

Thanks in advance for any info.

As far as I know. Only hitting the End button will end the call. If you were in a call and the other party hangs up, you'll also disconnect.

I found out that if you are not using a headphone, then just opening and closing the phone will disconnect. But if you are using a headphone, that doesn't work.

That seems like a mistake to me. If you are using a headset, that means you want to be more hands-free, not less.

I'm in contact with LG customer support about it. They have a very cooperative and helpful customer support department. The person I spoke to, Jeremy, has this same phone, and agrees with me that this can be improved. I'm hoping they'll fix it in a software upgrade.
