Speaker Phone Dead
My speaker phone died. Anyone else experience a similar problem? I've had the phone since it came out.
Luckily i'm still able to make and receive calls in non-speakerphone mode.
Good thing Verizon said they'd swap my phone, but I have to wait until Monday because their tech department doesn't have any in stock right now.

yep had the same thing happen to me,it only took 12 days for mine to die but i got a new phone the next day(on a sunday 😳 )an they upped the warranty to 24 months. its been 3 weeks know an so far so good.

Mine quit after just two weeks.
What's worse is that according to my Verizon rep. because I sent in the rebate form, the phone couldn't be replaced, only repaired under warranty.
It's going on 6 weeks now, and I hear I might have it back this week. 😡
I't frustrating because this is an awsome phone, I just don't like being jerked around as a consumer.

Was that a VZW store Rep or the Customer Service Rep? That is really hard to understand since you took advantage of the their rebate that replacement is affected. The VZW store gave me a new phone when my speaker blew without any questions....but I didn't get the rebate mailed in time. 🤠I was not advised of any warranty change if I did get it mailed though. Seems totally unfair!

I got my phone replaced with no questions asked as well and I even got the $$ back for my rebate.
