voice dialing
I just got the phone and purchased the office kit so I could sync with outlook....well, it syncs the contacts but not the calendar so i am sending it back...anyway, does anyone else have problems with the voice dialing...I select the button, say contacts..so far..so good...then I say the name of a contact and all the guesses are not even close...once in a while the third choice is the correct one, but usually it doesnt even recognize at all...it tells me to voice train...guess what, did that already...I mean it is so bad..I would say Jones and it asks me if I said Smith...really terrible....when i had 5 contacts it seemed to work better...now I have 177.

Have you turn the phone off since the problem occurred? I've heard people were having problems with voice dial when multiple #'s are stored under one name. Turning the phone off/on seemed to clear things up.
FYI to retrain the phone I've noticed you have to turn off training and then turn it on again to "re-train" the phone.

Actually, i feel stupid now....I was not saying the FULL name. Now that I do that it works 90% of the time...for example if I had Jones Body Shop and I said Jones, it would not recognize it...as soon as I said Jones Body Shop...voila....same for all the names, and sometimes it says the letters slightly differently...I have an account called Apex, well I say a hard A and it doesnt recognize it, but when i begin with ahh Pex, it works...so I guess there is a learning curve...LOL
