Long time lurker, but new member here........... 😁
I picked up my 4500 on the 29th and its working great so far.
I’ve been waiting for this model since I first heard about it here back in September.
Using my “renew every two” credit and the 30 dollar rebate, the phone cost me nothing.
My main reason for wanting the 4500 is because of the speakerphone & driving mode.
I drive a stick shift Acura CL-S and it’s downright dangerous to try and use a cell phone when shifting gears in city traffic.
Outgoing calls are fine because I can pull over or just wait to make the call, but an unexpected incoming call when negotiating traffic is tough.

Is there a light or anything to let you know if you missed a call or have a voice mail message waiting? (without opening the phone)

What?!? They let you use the NE2 and the rebate? They told me I couldn't do that. They said it's one or the other and that I would be "defrauding the company" if I sent in the rebate form after getting the NE2 credit.
I'm not sure how you got it free though... The NE2 is $100 and the phone is $159.99. Minus $30 rebate would come to a net $29.99.

Oops, I was thinking of the Samsung a530 that is 159.99. Sorry.
