If there is any way to get a backround.. please tell me. Also, my phone doesnt seem to recognize the network and i am unable to receive web, catalog, and aol instant messenger. ☹️

I had the same problem with my sidekick. Just call Customer Care and tell them to get you the sidekick plan. But you have to have your account under $10.
