Need Help with voicemail

I just got my phone and everytime after I check a voicemail I receive a text message with a weird symbol?!?!?

If anyone knows how to fix this please help! I would really appreciate it!!!

I just set up my Voicemail w/ T-mobile (USA) as well, and get the same text message whenever I check my voicemail. A few posts down mentions someone who also had the problem, but fixed it somehow. If you know how to fix this, it would be great!

I found the fix to the weird text message whenever checking a voicemail.

You can edit seem 0032, offset 2, bit 1. It solved the problem for me. Toggle bit 1 to ON.
