My thunderbolt reboots itself more and more. I'm getting more error messages to. Anyone else's showing signs of getting progressively worse?

Yes. My phone now goes through more than one battery every day (close to 2) with little to no use (but the internet stays on). Phone reboots on its own. The contacts have "linked" and dial with a + which I always get a network busy signal,

The worst is when i go to send a message and it won't let me type... i have to exit and get back.

Time to push to try a charge, this is stupid.

I've been having the same problem with my phone rebooting on it's own too. Even when I'm on a call it will reboot. HTC needs to do something about this. We need another S/W update.

Supposedly Verizon is aware and is replacing those bolts that have received the update and are now randomly rebooting.

I have another upgrade available. Im saving it for the bionic whenever it comes out. Yea, I read a tweet saying verizon and htc were working together to fix these issue's. But mean while this is a pain in the butt. My dh called the other day all I heard was "the truck caught on fire" then my phone rebooted itself. It was the company truck. So not our issue. But still....

Hope for gingerbread soon. Might fix the issues. I hope.

I just got off the phone with HTC cause I hadn't received the update yet and the rep told me they stopped it due to all the rebooting problems and that they are working on a fix. I don't know what I'd do if I was in your shoes, probably go back to Verizon and demand a new phone,I'm sure they'd replace it for you.

Yes, they will replace it. But I really want a thunderbolt. So my only option would be a refurbished (used) thunderbolt. And several people claim their out of refurbished phones even. It would be a lot simpler if they just fix the issues. I'm holding on. Trusting in the fact that they care about their reputation. And hoping I'm not putting my trust in the wrong place.

VZW has almost 5,000 CLNR (Certified Like New Replacement) devices. Maybe they are out of them in your area. I work for them so I see the amount that is available.

HTC is sending out another update for the Thunderbolt in the next two weeks for the rebooting and saving text messages as drafts... I called in thinking it was just my phone doing it. But I guess it is a known issue. I'm running the newer software update too. So cross your fingers this update fixes a bunch of the issues and it truely is just 2 weeks away. The rebooting is so annoying!

What's the point of trading in your thunderbolt? The original build had issues and so does the rebuild. So basically your trading one issue for another. They just need to fix it.
