had the exact same problem. the reps told me that was normal and i should invest in more chargers. i turned it back in and am waiting for the bold 9780.
I wrote a review for this phone and plainly stated that it was an incredible phone but that does me no good if the battery is always on a charger. my experience yesterday before i turned it in.... phone was fully charged at 6 am and was completely dead by 11:30 am with moderate use.... i had the bold and kept wifi on all the time and i would have to charge it every other day with heavy use and every third day with moderate use.
the reps also had me put on a app called "app killer". I laughed as the apps were "killed" turned off and then not more than a minute passed they all came back on by themselves. so no luck for me on turning off the apps.
