I went ahead and picked up the EVO yesterday. So far I am really impressed. As far as the battery goes, that is something that I somewhat expect out of most smart phones these days. Plus, when you work in front of a computer all day, you always have something to plug into to keep it charged up.

In regards to signal, I get great 3G service where I'm at. I haven't tested the 4G speeds yet but I stay connected via WiFi in most places so I'm not too concerned about that at this point. 4G is supposed to be available in my county by Dec 1st, but my friends with EVO's say that they already get it.

Overall I'm impressed with this phone. I love the size of the phone and screen altogether. I have big hands and I hate trying to type on small screens. What I ultimately wanted was a mini tablet/cell phone. So far, the EVO pretty much covers that. I will give it a few more days to decide if I am completely in love with it or not. But right now I am.

Thanks for replying!
