Does that mean it COULD work on AT&T's 3G network? (Atleast in places that use 850MHz).

Probably but it doesnt say.....
If its 850 mhz 3g roaming then yes maybe it will support 3g on att's network for emergency purposes only...but this is just my theory... 🙂
