Motorola V810

I have a Motorola V810 with US Cellular. The phone has gotten stuck in some FM radio mode and the speaker for the handset will not work until I get it out of this mode. I can only answer calls if I use a headset. I have pulled the battery to reset the software. I have attempted to reset the soft key back to it's original setting but when I go to it, it says that it is still set to the recent calls like it was. I have no idea how it got into this mode and I can not get it out of this mode. Motorola has been of no help and US Cellular has been of no help. Their only suggestion is taking it to a service center and having the phone re-flashed. The tech I spoke to said he had NEVER heard of this issue before and did not know if re-flashing the phone would help anything. If anyone knows how to get this mode OFF my phone please HELP!!!!
