Photo transfer, possible or not

I'm so confused! I read a message that says how to transfer pics from the phone to a computer and i tried it and got a message that said "invalid destination address" I've tried it 4 times with different addresses and it still hasn't worked. I just read an older message and it said that US Cellular discontinued it, but the newer message said they use US Cellular and it works all the time, so what is the deal??!!
