Renee1325, you need to have access through your service provider. I have US Cellular and had to authorized "easy edge" access. For me there was no cost to activite but will be charged each time I use it. Currently my cost to send pictures is 25 cents for each send and I can send multiple pictures to multiple people (by putting additional addresses in the "cc" or "bc" section for the 25 cent cost.
