Beware the software ad on motos website. It states you CAN download pics directly from phone to PC via USB cable with the V810. A USCellular rep told me this function worked when I bought the phone.
Now I found out moto's software (powered by BVRP) is basically useless. BVRP has told me Verizon and UScellular has this function disabled.
So now i am in the middle of a product feud with BVRP and UScellular. What a bunch of rats.

Unfortunately, you cannot do this as you have found out. This was left out on purpose. Even my Verizon v810 does not allow this. You will have to use BREW (EasyEdge).

That said, there are programs out there that might do this but I would hesitate to use them because you might do damage to the phone.

U.S cellular lock up the picture upload/download feature because they want users to go to their web site to use their services, so U.S cellular can make $ from the users. If the features are locked up, then there is nothing BVRP can do, because it will against U.S cellular! BVRP is not being helpful just because U.S cellular lock up the phone feature.
In this kind of condition, even advanced cellular software manufacturer like mobile action tech. can not come out any solution, because I think they like to stay in peace with the carriers.
