I am in the process of getting a new phone and I visited my U.S. Cellular store the other day looking for my phone. I really liked the V810 and when I talked to the sales rep about it, she told me that I didn't want that phone. She said there has been a lot of problems with it so far. Is there anyone whos had the phone for a while and suggests that I buy or dont buy it? Thanks

Anyway I guess around here there has been a problem with reception on that phone but I have not had a problem with that. The only problems I have had that really turned out to be problems was that the earpiece volume seems to be low even when turned up.

There is no mention of problems on the v810 for USCC in Howard Forums and certainly none that would have a salesperson tell you not to get one.

You might want to check the USCC forum over there as you will likely get a good answer from the very knowledgeable USCC user they have. My v810 has Verizon software and it works great!!!
