Beware the Mobile PhoneTools software for the V810

I've had my V810 for a few weeks now and still really like the phone and highly recommend it. I want to pass along a warning about the Mobile PhoneTools 2.0 software though. While I was told by Motorola sales that I could download pictures from my phone to my PC and vice versa, this is not the case. I just got off the phone with Moto Tech support and they said that the V810 from US Cellular won't support this capability. The guy told me USCC had the feature disabled. This applies to all multimedia...ringtones, pics.

I know that really sucks, I got my cable today and I can't do a dam thing with it.... I was hoping to use it for pictures too.....
Now if we could only figure out how to disable the feature that USCC uses.
