USC V810 price drop

WLS

Sep 28, 2004, 12:18 PM
I see on USC's web site that the price of a V810 with contract has dropped $30. Is this price good at the stores also or will there be a wait?
I'm glad I waited a week before putting my money down and reading the reviews show it is a good phone to get. Looks like I will be getting one Friday if the stores follow!!! 😁

It's really not a price drop. The $30 mail-in rebate was offered when the phone debuted a few weeks back, although this may not have been on the website. For 1-year agreements, the phone is $179 plus the $30 rebate.

Well up to yesterday it was $129 with a 2 year contract and the same at the stores.
Today it is $99 for a 2 year contract. (the $30 mail in rebate was listed on both) Sounds like a price drop to me. I will be checking the stores tomorrow to see if they are following.

The website offer was different before. I went into a USCC-owned store the day the phone came out and the $30 mail-in rebate was offered to me.

Either way, you win. Enjoy the phone!
