Sadly, I have been told today Verizon no longer wants it. The v265 is likely to be carried instead. No specific reason was given, which leads me to believe it was strictly a marketing decision in the end.
Yes, this isn't new stuff. There have been several posts saying Verizon won't carry it and some go back several months. But, I wanted to get it firsthand from a trusting source, not through a forum.
