Well today is Monday May 10. The phone was suppose to come out today. Anyone know if it came out in NYC???

YUP. It was 149.99 with (2 yr activation) at the Short Hills Mall in Short Hills, NJ. Thats near NYC.

Nice try. I just called Short Hills at (973)313-4900 and they haven't gotten it in yet and have no idea. This phone is not out yet.

Cell phones are never released on the first availability. Usually by the 10th date, the phone is released. If these phones were released on the first date given, we'd all have the 810s and 710s in our possession.
