Called customer service for Motorola today. They informed me that the expected launch date for both the V810 and V710 has been pushed back to Q3 2004. So much for the "April 22" date.

This phone was supposed to be out last December. It was supposed to be an alternative to the 8900 and the 6000. Now those phones will be upgraded to new models by the time the 810 arrives. Also they are offering some great prices / deals on the LG and A/V. I'm sure the 810, being new, will be in the $149 range.
So here is the big question... is it worth it or are you going to just pay more for an older phone that just didn't get released on time?
