Sprint to Verizon reprogramming

Okay kids, thats enough with the speculation. Time to lay down the facts and put an end to the bickering. I work at RadioShack; I know my stuff. Anyone remember PCS Free and Clear America? They roam on Verizon towers. CDMA=CDMA, same signal across carriers. Sprint phones pick up Verizon signal, so voice is compatible. As some have wondered, no, internet features would not work. Sprint uses Java, Verizon uses Brew, the two technologies are nowhere near compatible. While the two P2T services are based on the same technology, they still have to go through the correct protocols, so the Sanyo would not be able to Push to talk at all, not with other pcs phones or the Moto V60p. Thank you mkl4466 for explaining that...if you didnt do it, i was going to myself...being that i work for verizon, reading all those commmets of clueless people is quite frustrating

For all those who are trying to put a sprint phone on the verizon network read MKL446's post first....No data features will work...phone is nice but with out those simple features like text messaging....it makes any phone from sprint a total waste of money!
