The info page under vibrate says yes with haptics. What are/is haptics.

I believe haptics is integrated vibrating/ringing/flashing ringtones, so the phone will not only ring, but coordinate vibrations and flashing colors to go with it. It's supposed to be cool, but I've never seen it...
