Menno is absolutely correct about not needing any task killer type apps on 2.2. I read an article written by a Google engineer that specifically said what Menno is saying about 2.2 not needing any task killer. Since I removed it my battery life has almost doubled and the phone runs smooth as silk. Also, you really do need to clean out most of the widgets that come pre loaded on your phone when you get it, but that's just common sense.
