anyone's D2 music player acting up?

i'm having problems syncing and using the music player on mine. it's annoying because on my dumbphone (enV touch), i NEVER had a problem syncing with napster-to-go or wmp. if i sync a playlist from napster that contains protected and unprotected files, it says that i need a license to play the unprotected ones and doesn't transfer...severely slowing down the sync time. so i used wmp to transfer music and when i finally got them onto the phone, the music player began freezing, forcing me to remove and replace the battery.

anyone else having these problems? what can i do? is my D2 defective?

I'm not so sure I had the same exact problem you had with your Droid 2, but my stock music app crashed when I switched back to the home screen..so I reset back to the factory default settings..and started it up again -- and it's been fine. See if that helps

thanks for the reply. i eventually did a factory reset due to my phone not being able to stay connected to wifi. i haven't checked my music player since then but will soon. after 5 years, i decided to just let my napster-to-go subscription go since i now use pandora more often than not when away from home.
