So the question is...do I return mine to the at&t store and buy another through Amazon and save approx. 136.00??

Maybe at&t will drop the price 🤣

Be very careful with Amazon and other online sellers, especially if you have any older and cheaper plans with AT&T (or any other carrier for that matter) they will make you change to a new and more expensive plan. And on top of it, they have their own ETF.

Now with all the above being mentioned, if you're a new customer, or already have what they consider a new plan, then go for it and save your money. Just don't count on keeping any unlimited data legacy you just may have.

From what I understand, Amazon is giving this price to NEW activations only! If you want to upgrade your existing line, it is back to $199.
