Froyo enabled the Fascinate to run Flash!
This was a very important feature to me.
Once installed it does not run automatically on web pages. There is a green arrow which must be selected to run Flash content.
It is so close to fulfilling all my mobile needs, if only the video out from the headphone jack had not been disabled!!! The other Galaxy S phones all port video no problem.
Perhaps we will get better access to video content (hulu... netflix...MLB) because we can not put it on a bigger screen.. (unless you have that DNLA Samsung thing... whatever that App is called).
There are a number of other differences as well. Airplane mode was moved to the settings menu, and replaced by buttons for data enabling and display auto rotation on the notifications menu (or whatever that pull-down menu from the top of the home-screen is...)
There is also now a media hub App , as well as some other new bloatware.
