Re: EPIC is epic... But the Battery is an EPIC FAIL
My frustration is that I AM in a 4G area, Atlanta, and DO USE my BT headset as I am a management consultant that is in client's offices using conference rooms typically so don't have a landline and am on the phone quite a bit with my hands on this keyboard.... so hands free is important (as well as in my Benz my phone BT connects to the audio system for handsfree operation and I am on my phone A LOT in the car).
Now look. I'm used to abusing my phone's battery. I had a PPC6700, 6800 (Mogul) a TP and a TP2 before this. I have always carried EXTRA batteries in my pocket and ALWAYS plug my phone into my laptop or car (I even paid to have a hard wired connection in my car so that it is always charging).
The fact is, for some reason, and this is true of Samsung AND HTC, they have gotten settled into 1500 mA batteries.
If I were to go to get a new S-Class Benz and Mercedes decided to install 4 cylinder 120HP engines in them I would complain about that as well and consider it stupid.
All I'm saying is that Samsung has built a World-Class phone on a World Class Network (SPRINT's 4G is amazing in ATL) that is comparable to a Mercedes Benz.
It should be powered in a World Class manner.
It isn't.
