Look... Jerk...

You don't know how I talked to the Sprint Rep. In fact.... Courtney (that's his name, I've known him for a couple of years and like him quite a bit) is a good guy and i was VERY nice to him.

I just expressed frustration that the only offer was to ask me if I kept my blue tooth off.

Like I said... I was VERY nice to him... just frustrated that a phone that has the power and features of this phone only comes with a 1500 mA battery (and that's not even necessarily SPRINT's fault).

Also, as I noted in a followup message, 30 minutes was a bit of an exageration... it is more like 3 hours (which is STILL UNACCEPTABLE).

Also, JERK, I wasn't "uppity" or "exagerating" when I spoke with Courtney (as I said above).

You sir, are a problem for the Company you DO work for. I'm just glad it isn't SPRINT so I don't run into you.

Also. Don't doubt my knowledge of my phone. I happen to me MORE knowledgeable that 90% of the folks that I speak with at SPRINT simply because I come to forums like this, research at XDA and PPC GEEKS prior to talking to SPRINT CS (in most of the cases never have to bother CS with issues as I fix them myself rather than having to spend 60 minutes on the phone with them or having to spend 2 hours going to a store).

You sir are a JERK with a chip on your shoulder. As I said. You have no idea how I acted at the store. I ranted a bit here but that didn't mean I stood on someone's desk at the SPRINT store.

I am a 48 year old professional business man that does NOT need you to lecture me on that which you don't know. I was VERY courteous to Courtney and the other gentleman.

You simply are frustrated that you are in a $10 or $20 an hour job and have decided that this is your opportunity to give someone like me Hell anonymously.

Your RANT was the ignorant rant, Jerk. You accused me throughout it of abusing the CS Rep. I didn't.
