Samsung Epic 4G (Galaxy S)

The word is August 20th. I guess Samsung has scheduled their SPS (Samsung Product Support) video of the Epic 4G for that day. Previous Galaxy S phones availability have coincided with the release of the video.

August 31st for $249 after $150 instant and $100 mail-in rebates. Will ship with Android OS 2.1 with a Froyo(2.2) upgrade already in the works.

Thanks for this, I've called in multiple times to Customer servise to get more info on the phone. Everytime i would call they would tell me that They have no new updates on the phone and didn't even know when the phone was going to be avalible. After getting this link and reserving the phone, i called in about pricing. They told me the same thing, but when i told them about this reservation link they all of a sudden had information on the phone details. Thanks again, i've been looking forward to this phone for the longest time. I just hope it has a smooth launch.
